Reid Schweers brings extensive expertise in construction management to the SK Project Consulting team, having joined in January 2024. Reid plays a pivotal role in overseeing Tenant and Landlord improvement projects across various properties owned by SKCR. From pre-construction planning to project closeout, Reid ensures seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Prior to his tenure at SK, Reid honed his skills at Humphries and Company, a prominent General Contractor specializing in Class A office interiors in Atlanta. Over his five-year tenure, he gained invaluable experience in project management and administration, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects including tenant improvements, adapt and re-use initiatives, and retail developments throughout the Atlanta area.
A proud Atlanta native, Reid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys spending his weekends on the golf course whenever the weather permits.
