Beginning her career in the real estate market in 1990, Rhonda Poore provides the experience of accounting for not only commercial, but residential as well. As the Vice President of Accounting for SK Commercial Realty, Mrs. Poore’s responsibilities include the coordination and management of team efforts involving all aspects of accounting for all properties contained within the SK Commercial Realty portfolio, whether owned or managed on a third-party basis throughout the Southeastern United States.
Special areas of expertise include: GAAP financial statements , bank reconciliation, year-end preparation for auditors and CPA firms, cash management, institutional reporting, yearly budgeting, provide training for all accounting personnel, monthly end close, A/P, A/R, and CAM reconciliation.
Mrs. Poore is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor or Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Mrs. Poore has volunteered in many community-related activities such as, the membership drive and the annual food drive for the Atlanta Apartment Association, Shop with the Warrior through the SHIELD Foundation, and Show with the Hero through the Joy Foundation.
